About the role
As a Rates Structurer, you will join our Global Markets & Treasury team in Hong Kong. This is a full-time, onsite role at senior level. You will focus on designing hedging solutions for corporate and institutional clients. What you'll do: - Work closely with sales, trading and risk colleagues. - Manage positions and limits with discipline. - Deliver excellent outcomes for institutional and corporate clients. - Uphold market conduct rules and our trading standards. What you'll bring: - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a regulated bank. - Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Hong Kong; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
