About the role
As a Digital Banking Product Owner, you will join our Retail Banking team in Glasgow. This is a full-time, hybrid role at senior level. You will focus on shaping the mobile and online journeys millions of customers use every day. What you'll do: - Put customers first in every conversation and get them to a good outcome. - Spot and support customers in vulnerable circumstances. - Help customers get the most from our digital banking tools. - Follow our conduct, data protection and financial crime procedures. What you'll bring: - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a regulated bank. - Strong knowledge of Agile Delivery and Stakeholder Management. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Glasgow; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
