About the role
As a Payments Operations Analyst, you will join our Operations & Payments team in Johannesburg. This is a full-time, onsite role at junior level. You will focus on keeping domestic and international payments flowing safely and on time. What you'll do: - Process work accurately and within service-level and cut-off times. - Investigate and resolve exceptions at the root cause. - Identify opportunities to simplify and automate. - Operate within our control framework and operational resilience standards. What you'll bring: - A strong academic record or 1–2 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of Payments and SWIFT Messaging. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Johannesburg and willingness to complete background screening.
