About the role
As a Financial Controller, you will join our Finance team in Kraków. This is a full-time, hybrid role at senior level. You will focus on owning the balance sheet and P&L for a major business line. What you'll do: - Deliver accurate, timely financial and regulatory reporting. - Analyse and explain results to senior stakeholders. - Strengthen controls and improve close processes. - Support audits and regulatory reviews. What you'll bring: - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a regulated bank. - Strong knowledge of ACA / ACCA and IFRS 9. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Kraków; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
