About the role
As a Investment Banking Associate, you will join our Corporate & Investment Banking team in London. This is a full-time, hybrid role at mid level. You will focus on running workstreams on complex cross-border transactions. What you'll do: - Prepare models, pitch books and client materials to a high standard. - Work closely with coverage, product and risk colleagues across regions. - Contribute to deal execution from origination through to close. - Uphold our conduct standards and information barrier policies. What you'll bring: - 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services. - Strong knowledge of Valuation & M&A and Financial Modelling. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in London and willingness to complete background screening.
