About the role
As a Portfolio Manager — Commercial Real Estate, you will join our Commercial Banking team in Hong Kong. This is a full-time, hybrid role at senior level. You will focus on managing a commercial real-estate lending book through the full credit cycle. What you'll do: - Understand each client's business, cash flow and ambitions in depth. - Structure and present lending and banking proposals to credit. - Work with product partners across payments, trade and FX. - Manage risk prudently and keep client records audit-ready. What you'll bring: - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a regulated bank. - Strong knowledge of Credit Risk and Commercial Lending. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Hong Kong; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
