About the role
As a Engineering Manager — Digital Channels, you will join our Engineering team in Kraków. This is a full-time, hybrid role at lead level. You will focus on leading engineering squads that build our web and mobile banking. What you'll do: - Design, build and run secure, resilient software. - Work in cross-functional squads with product, design and risk. - Automate testing, deployment and monitoring. - Raise the bar on engineering quality and mentor others. What you'll bring: - Extensive senior experience leading teams and functions in financial services. - Strong knowledge of Leadership and Agile Delivery. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Kraków; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
