About the role
As a Payments Product Manager, you will join our Operations & Payments team in Glasgow. This is a full-time, hybrid role at senior level. You will focus on owning our payments roadmap, from Faster Payments to ISO 20022 migration. What you'll do: - Process work accurately and within service-level and cut-off times. - Investigate and resolve exceptions at the root cause. - Identify opportunities to simplify and automate. - Operate within our control framework and operational resilience standards. What you'll bring: - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a regulated bank. - Strong knowledge of Payments and ISO 20022. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Glasgow; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
