About the role
As a Investment Banking Analyst — M&A, you will join our Corporate & Investment Banking team in London. This is a full-time, onsite role at junior level. You will focus on supporting senior bankers on live M&A and advisory mandates. What you'll do: - Prepare models, pitch books and client materials to a high standard. - Work closely with coverage, product and risk colleagues across regions. - Contribute to deal execution from origination through to close. - Uphold our conduct standards and information barrier policies. What you'll bring: - A strong academic record or 1–2 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of Valuation & M&A and Financial Modelling. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in London and willingness to complete background screening.
