About the role
As a Head of Enterprise Risk, you will join our Risk Management team in London. This is a full-time, hybrid role at lead level. You will focus on owning the bank-wide risk appetite framework and reporting to the Board Risk Committee. What you'll do: - Provide independent, well-evidenced challenge to the first line. - Analyse data to identify emerging risks and trends. - Produce clear reporting for senior committees. - Support regulatory submissions and stress-testing exercises. What you'll bring: - Extensive senior experience leading teams and functions in financial services. - Strong knowledge of Operational Risk and Basel III / CRR. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in London; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
