About the role
As a Credit Risk Manager, you will join our Risk Management team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, hybrid role at senior level. You will focus on sanctioning credit and challenging the first line with independence and judgment. What you'll do: - Provide independent, well-evidenced challenge to the first line. - Analyse data to identify emerging risks and trends. - Produce clear reporting for senior committees. - Support regulatory submissions and stress-testing exercises. What you'll bring: - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a regulated bank. - Strong knowledge of Credit Risk and Basel III / CRR. - Sound judgment, integrity and a commitment to good customer outcomes. - The right to work in Birmingham; this role is subject to regulatory fit-and-proper and background checks.
